The Team
Mark Cross, RPF
Mark has over 20 years of experience as an Environmental Professional with a background in project management and expertise in forestry, First Nations consultation, land use, environmental regulation, and reclamation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Professional Forester. He excels in developing business opportunities that integrate survey projects with environmental expertise.
Mark Malachowski, B.Sc., RPF
Mark is an experienced environmental management professional with over 15 years in pipeline, construction, forestry, oil and gas, and reclamation projects. He has held roles such as Reclamation Supervisor for Teck Coal Ltd., Environmental Inspector for Trans Mountain, and Senior Environmental Inspector for Enbridge Pipelines Inc., demonstrating expertise in compliance, environmental protection, and stakeholder engagement. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management and a Forest Technology Diploma, and he is a Registered Professional Forester with a strong background in erosion and sediment control.
Cheryl Lucas
Cheryl is a highly experienced non-technical specialist with over 25 years in real property, land use, acquisition and management, permitting, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Her work has spanned various sectors, including renewable energy, oil and gas, telecommunications, and municipal projects, across multiple provinces in Canada and the US. Cheryl is dedicated to supporting the evolution of business models and improving performance by driving transformational changes in both culture and processes. She is committed to contributing to operational efficiencies and lean processes, ensuring successful project outcomes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
